We (Centre for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CCAMH)) are the first of our kind in Cambodia and are a unit of Caritas Cambodia. CCAMH was established on 17th January 1995 and was formerly inaugurated by His Majesty, King Preahbat Norodomsi Hanouk and we take in patients from ages 0-18 years old.
CCAMH is a collaborative project with the Ministry of Health and Caritas Cambodia to raise the awareness of mental health and its importance.
We are solely funded by public contributions and mainly offer out-patients services. Currently there are 20 staffs and 3 departments; we closely work with patients who have psychological problem, neurological problem and intellectual disability. Our team of staff is trained to work with children of all backgrounds and their families.
